Youngsters to walk for charity

Temple youths from Kenton are getting into their stride to raise money for two community charities.

The mayors of Harrow and Brent, John Nickolay and Ralph Fox are both supporting a sponsored walk organised by young members of the Shree Kutch Satsang Swaminarayan Temple.

The event, on Sunday September 21, is supporting St Luke's Hospice and the Welldon Activity Group.

About 500 walkers are participating in the event and organisers hope to raise significant funds for both charities through the efforts of young and old.
