Thieves force way into Kenton post office

Thieves squeezed their way into a newsagent by removing a kitchen window and metal bars.

A burglary alarm was triggered at the post office, in Kenton Lane, at 11.40pm last Friday as the crooks broke in.

However nothing was taken from the premises.
